The Gameplan
Phase 1
Capital Campaign
The first step in this program is to identify a community that is in need. This could be decided by different factors. Is there a lot of job options in the area? What is the average household income? Is the population total number small? From questions like these, we then gain a better understanding of the scope of the problems the community faces and begin to form a plan from it that will benefit the inhabitants the most.
After the plan is created, we then buy plots of land in the area and begin getting to work.

Phase 2
Revenue Generation
Once the land is acquired, we can begin building a venue that will benefit the community. One example of this would be a community garden. This community garden is not your average garden. This garden serves also as a farmers market with numerous vendors who grow and sell their produce by whatever means they deem necessary. From the profit that they would make, at the end of each month, a portion of their revenue would go back to the garden as a means of maintenance and continuing the program.
This will allow for citizens to become their own bosses and give back to their community will also providing better food options for the town. This also sets up the next phase, as the funds grow they will pour into funding the next project.

Phase 3
Vocational Rehabilitation
Phase 3 is the heart and soul of the Lyfeline Initiative. As we begin to grow the community, we can tackle the homeless epidemic in this nation. The goal of this phase is to turn homeless Americans, into homeowners in a matter of 8 months. This will involve getting them and giving them all the resources they would need to change their lives for the better. They would be given free housing for 4 months. During that time, they would be required to meet up with career service professionals, financial literacy professionals, accountants, etc. all to help them better understand how to manage their money. They will also be required to get a good paying job by the end of the 4 month period. If they are able to, then they will receive an additional 4 months of free housing while slowly paying certain bills at a time to get a better feel of becoming a homeowner.
At the 8th and final month, they will be required to pay two months mortgage on the house, and they will be able to continue their life being a proud homeowner.

Phase 4
Economic Stability
To ensure that the economy of the community does not diminish, Lyfeline Initiative will be focusing on creating more jobs in the town for the locals to work at. This creates more money traffic in the community as the dollar touches the hands of the inhabitants more before it leaves the town. This will ensure that the town is prosperous and able to hold its own being self-sufficient.
Phase 5
Phoenix Effect
Finally, once the city is stable and the money flow is proven to be consistent, we will take the idea and place in another community that is in need starting back at Phase 1. This is the Lyfeline Initiative. Giving the community a pulse.
